At the end of the day, people all have the same goals – to sell their house as quickly as possible for the most money possible.

We care about our clients, the timeliness of their sales, getting the best money, and not wasting time on marketing that doesn’t work. Our backgrounds in interior & graphic design, new home sales, and marketing have been invaluable in helping our clients make the most of their spaces and the coordinated marketing materials.

We are a believer in educating our clients. All new sellers that we take on meet with us for a consultation for the following reasons:

  • to review the home selling process;
  • to see the property you are considering selling;
  • to get to know each other, making sure we communicate well and are comfortable with each other;
  • to ensure we are clear about what your expectations are and that we understand your real estate goals;
  • to review our responsibilities to you and yours to us should we decide to partner together;
  • to get some paperwork out of the way; and
  • to answer any questions you might have.

A couple other things about selling a home with us.

We maintain partnerships with all the professionals you may need throughout the home buying process and when getting settled into you home. This includes lawyers, trades, interior designers, etc.

We don’t take on more sellers than we feel that we can provide service to at once and maintain the flexibility to be available when you need us. We pride ourselves on providing a high and consistent level of service to every single client that we will not compromise. We make use of a LOT of checklists to ensure nothing gets missed, and we have them for you!

We stay in regular contact with our sellers.

One of the biggest complaints we hear about the real estate industry is that clients don’t hear from their Realtors. When we decide to work together, we are making a commitment to you to not disappear. In fact, We often tell our clients that there is “no getting rid of us until you are in your new home, settled, and happy”.

We are not pushy, sales-y Realtors. We are partners and consultants whose primary focus is helping you meet your goals. We will always be honest with you and look out for your best interest – if we think you should or shouldn’t take a deal, we will tell you.
